There were lots of great magazines that could have similar or had features that we included but the one that stood out the most was the magazine Bassmaster. The magazine has string resemblance of our magazine. The magazine is for all audience which as you may know was one of our most important idea. The magazine relied on the idea of a universal fishing magazine which showed and helped us come to conclusion of doing this in our own. Bassmaster helped us figure out such features that we also would want to put into our magazine. You can tell their target audiences is for most everyone, because it had women and girls fishing in pictures and articles. This stops and ends any stereotypes about fishing being a mans sport. This also shows that their target audience is everyone. Bassmaster did a great job at not only showing women in pictures, but also talking about the women who fish. By doing this they completely show us that their target audience is to everyone.

After I presented there was some very good feedback and revisions that I got from my teacher and classmates. For the most part I did pretty good for the first draft but of course there are always something I can work on. An important piece of advice that I got from Mr. Elsbree was to always remember that space is money. This basically means use up as much space as possible. I can utilize this advice by writing more and by use more pictures to captivate and audience. Another important piece of evidence is that I should flair. A student thought that I could use a different font in other situations to really get the reader interested in my work. This is a great piece of evidence that would easily make my project 2x more exciting.  This goes with the first piece of evidence but on my cover I should changed the cover photo to on that I actually took not one that is off the internet. All this great constructive feedback will surely help and improve my project tenfold. 

The project seemed to come put good, but of course there were things I could have done better and improve on.  Although fishing is a sport and there are lots of magazine and articles about it, ours differed. For instance many sport fishing magazines are written to the whole community,  is the magazine directed primarily at those in Sarasota County. This is because the information is based on local information and experiences. For instance, one article interviews a local professional fisherman. This was important to us because we did not want anyone who did not regularly fish local to be in it. Another interesting and important distinction form us to another magazine was our availability. Most magazines out there are only for experienced fisherman. We wanted our to not only attract to new fisherman, but to also help them start and succeed.
